Reggie's neck to head ratio always seems skewed.

I think I will start calling him Turtle.

Warriors posters frequently called him "no neck".

He has a serious case of the Gladstone Smalls.

You know when you go to the gym and you see that dude with traps so huge he has to turn his whole body to look sideways since his neck is held in place?

I call them "Beasts with no neck". So I propose that when Reggie has a big game, we go with my nickname. When he plays bad, we go with Slam's.

No word of a lie: I thought that exact thing as Reggie missed his 10th shot in a row last night!

Of course the guy you were offering to me for him didn't even suit up in their last game (again - just like the rest of his career you can't tell when he'll play and when he wont!!).

Who was the offered piece?

(I was late in my league, picked up Sessions instead, don't rush back Kyrie)

I guess I would come out of that as silly as Slam then :) I'm not high on Kaman.

I'm really lacking in the PF dept though doc and could use another one.

Either way, I think that last night wont be the norm for Turtle and was more the exception. I fully expect him to bounce back tomorrow night.

it was more about roster balance. slam has like 12 sgs and i have like 12 pf/c's. win win.

but all good now. i traded hawes for teague instead. and varejao just went out with injury so i am not as deep with bigs as i was earlier in the week.

anywho.... back to reggie. he looked awful yesterday and is now shooting something like 32%, barely ahead of maggette and higgins.

It's waaaay too soon to judge Reggie's offense. I predicted he would struggle out of the gate.

Unless he is permanently hobbled somehow by the injury, he is going to eventually return to form offensively, just like Dorrell Wright, Anthony Morrow, and Klay Thompson did after horrid starts.

Interesting read. It seems like Reggie could be the kind of player that surprises everyone, and becomes a very good rotation player.
