If these grown ass NBA players need to be motivated by an outside source, then they don't need to be in the league. There are too many people in the d league or college that are playing their asses off just for a chance to make a roster and we have guys playing like a bunch of vaginas with legs because their 68 year old coach can't "motivate" them? That's the main reason why I much prefer college ball. Those guys go ALL OUT no matter what.

I'm sorry but I didn't say anything about "heart-ing" yourself out of a massive losing streak. My post is directed at the fans who think it's Silas' fault we're getting stomped simply because he can't motivate the players.
