Stan's sub patters is becoming an issue....keeps playing guys that are not producing.....to me it's the same as rewarding failure

I have always been a supporter of SVG but I am done now. His stubborness is killing us. He admits he should have played Ryan more last season. Too late Stan. Does he always figure it out a season later? Time to go. This years substitution patterns have been horrible.

Meer/Ish/Duhon (never plays)
JRich/Redick/Wafer
Turk/Wafer/QRich (only put in for defensive pestering on star players)
Ryno/Earl/Harper (START TRYING HIM OUT FFS)
Dwight/BBD
