Chicago and Minnesota have a trade to announce:

Wolves receive:
Marcus Thornton - $7,000,000
Matt Carroll - $3,900,000
Total - $10,900,000

+ $3,000,000 cash

Bulls receive:
Anthony Morrow - $4,000,000
Ronnie Turiaf - $4,360,000
2013 NJN 1st
Total - $8,360,000 --> * 150% + $100,000 = $12,640,000

Chicago accepts. Morrow is a cheaper option at SG and we free up some more space with Turiaf. Nice deal moss, too bad my math skills suck today...

Minnesota accepts. Taking on Carroll isn't ideal, but we like Thorntons game a lot for our team. Nice shooter, young, on a fair deal, and will be a nice wing scorer / secondary ball-handler in our lineup.

The cash will go towards trying to buy out Carroll, so I only need $1m more and I'll be okay.

trade #81 EDITED because of roster max

NY and Memphis

Memphis trades
Lou Williams $5,176,000

New York trades
Mohammad $3,750,000
2012 Ny 2nd (unless its 56-60)
2013 Miami 2nd
2013 miami 1st (if its 1-10, then becomes 2014 1st unprotected)
totals: $3,750,00 x 1.5 + 100,000 = $5,725,000

seems to be a high price to pay for a guy that may decide to opt out, but think Lou would be a nice fit here. We love his game and his CLUTCH scoring. Any 6th man that can be the leading scorer on a top team in real life can have a job on my team! Welcome to the Big Apple Sweet Lou!

The fact that Lou may opt out made this an easy decision, we get an expiring in Mohammad who will clear some cap for Free Agency this year, and most importantly are the picks; if Lou does opt out Memphis can at least say we got some value for him.

The Warriors and Sixers have agreed to a deal(83):
The Warriors receive:
Marc Gasol $12,922,194
Brook Lopez $3,076,983
Devin Harris $9,319,000
Total: $22,318,177
The Sixers receive:
Andris Biedrins $9,000,000
Nicholas Batum $2,155,364
Stephen Curry $3,117,120
Kwame Brown $7,000,000
2013 1st
Total: $21,272,484

I hate giving up Curry, but in his place I get a decent PG in Harris and two great bigs.

Tony Battie. We cut him before the deal. We will take the one year salary hit.

Curry is that PG we've been looking for this whole game. We finally get a top tier playmaker and an absolutely devastating shooter that doesn't have to share the ball with Ellis on our team. Batum is long, can defend and is a very good shooter. Beans/Brown give us C depth.

PHI and DAL have a trade to announce.

PHI outgoing:
Kwame Brown $7,000,000
GSW 2013 1st

DAL outgoing:
Brendan Haywood $7,624,500

Haywood is a defensive anchor that is have a great season. The numbers don't show it but he is a big part of the reason why Dallas is still a top team in the west. Good dealing.

Boston and Indiana have agreed a trade

Boston Trades:

Kevin Garnett - $21,247,044
Greg Stiemsma - $762,195

Indiana Trades:

David West - $10,000,000
Grant Hill - $6,500,000
George Hill - $1,540,463
2013 1st
Total = $18,040,463

Works under the 150% rule

Why for Indy? KG is still a defensive anchor and fits next to Hibbert like a glove. My team will be a defensive powerhouse and Nash provides the spark offensively to compliment it perfectly.
There is no consolation prize. Winning is everything.

Boston Accepts. Losing a defensive beast like KG hurts but getting key role players in Hill-squared and a starting PF who is consistently putting up good numbers was a deal we could not pass up on.

Washington and Philadelphia have agreed to a trade.

Wizards outgoing:
John Wall ($5,530,080)
Joakim Noah ($12,000,000)
Total = $17,530,080

Sixers outgoing:
Stephen Curry ($3,117,120)
Nicolas Batum ($2,155,365)
Brendan Haywood ($7,624,500)
Total = $12,896,985 x 1.5 = $19,345,477

Washington waives Maurice Evans to meet roster requirements.

We probably overpay here, but we absolutely love Steph Curry. He is a clutch scorer, good passer and a legitimate cornerstone for this team. We're sad to see Wall go, but things weren't working out well for him here so we hope he can flourish in another environment. Losing Noah also hurts, but we like Batum a lot and Haywood is still a pretty damn solid big man. Good dealing, BI.

Wall has picked it up since Flip was fired and has no help on his team. Here he can grow with a pure scorer beside him in the frontcourt and two defensive minded bigs with scorers and shooters off the bench. Noah fills that need at C we had.

Trade#88: New Jersey Nets and Indiana Pacers

New Jersey Nets send:
Damion James ($1,243,080)
Keith Bogans ($854,389)

Total: 2,097,469

Indiana Pacers send:
Lance Stephenson ($810,000)
Greg Stiemsma ($762,195)

Total: 1,572,195

We hate giving up Damion James, but Stephenson's a talented young prospect, who we hope can pick it up on our team. We also pick up a really good backup center in Stiemsma, who's averaging 10rpg/5bpg per36 in limited minutes.

#90 Minnesota and Detroit have a 2 part trade:

Part 1

Minnesota sends: hugs and kisses (from Chicago)

Detroit sends:
Ryan Gomes($4,000,000)

Minnesota have about $4.9m in caproom to absorb the salary

Part 2

Minnesota sends:
Luke Ridnour($3,680,000) + Matt Carroll($3,900,000) +Nick Young($3,695,857) + C.J. Miles($3,700,000)) + Alec Burks($2,020,200) + Chris Singleton($1,485,000) + 2013 Memphis 1st(lotto protected) = $18,481,057 X 1.5 = $27,721,585 since the $27m is greater then $23m, $18,481,057 + $5m = $23,481,057

Detroit sends: Joe Johnson($18,038,573) + Will Bynum($3,250,000) + Jon Brockman($1,000,000) + Damien Wilkins($854,389) = $23,142,962

Minnesota accepts...basically cash in all of my assets to get an all-star SG into our starting 5, moving Thornton to 6th man and keeping our main core.
