because in the playoffs, we arent losing because of defense, we are losing because we cant score.

If this rumor is true, something else probably is in the works.

That would give this team at least 4 shooting guards who can play minutes when needed. J-Rich, Redick, Wafer and Smith.

For now, it's just a rumor though.

Someone tell me why we don't need a player like this
wanna know why the HAWKS beat us last year?
WE HAD NO ATHLETES!

JR Smith can be a gamebreaking player, and having him means you can make a trade to shore up PG

I think if you put McGee back then, he would get those blocks just as easily as Russell did. Russell's athleticism was well ahead of the players of his time, and that's about it.

+1

I don't care what he does off the court. This guy can definitely make our team better

But whatever. I guess there are worse depth moves.

on the court jr can bring it. Its just his maturity and attitude was very bad in the past. But this is the type of gamble the magic need to start making if they want to keep howard.

Don't get why people dot think ORL would be good...

JJ is the piece to move, he is as solid a reserve as they come with a contract that can act as an expiring. Jrich and smith can swing the 2 and 3 which let's us play wafer or earl as the 7th man... We would Be capable of increasing the pace tremendously, and destroying defenses at the rim or from behind the 3pt line.

I have faith SVG can coach some defense into JR, lord knows e has the physical gifts to be a lockdown defender.

JJ plus orton might get us a mediocre vet big, or a reasonable backup pg.
Pray Fran Vasquez comes over next season.

JJ snubbed again

Participants in the 2012 3-point shooting contest include James Jones, Joe Johnson, Kevin Love, Mario Chalmers, Ryan Anderson and Anthony Morrow.

no wonder why the event sucks, nobody wants to watch these guys, chalmers, morrow, jones, and johnson...

He won it last year, so he got to defend his title, but i wish JJ could have snuck in there.
