This is a very losable game for us. I think we lose tonight. In a close one. Rudy Gay doesn't go off. Neither does Deron or MarShon Brooks. Conley has the game of his life and Gasol puts up a minimum of 24/12. Morrow can't hit the side of a barn with an Uzi.

I don't know. Didn't we sweep them last year?

They remain a terrible three point shooting team and not very athletic up front. Gasol is a hell of a player and he'll get his, but I don't seem him dominating.

I had a dream that the Nets were up 11 in the 3rd vs. the Bulls. Brook Lopez was playing.

Best Valentine's Day ever.

This is a very losable game for us. The Grizzlies have been playing great lately and have won a lot of their games with a big winning streak. Rudy Gay was an atrocious All Star snub. They are a great road team.

It's going right over your head, Jeff.

Think what vc4p's capable of doing with the Nets, and then you'll get it.

Farmar out. So, is there a Net that has played in every game this season?

I hope I'm wrong, but I think Williams and Brooks are going to have tough games...they're going up against arguably the best perimeter defender in the league in Tony Allen.

I'd like to see how Brooks handles it.

Brooks should have come off the bench tonight. We're gonna need his ball handling now that farmar is out.

Stevenson annoys me. For a guy shooting 27% from the field this year he sure does get mad when he doesn't get to shoot.

Was that a serious TO by Petro?

Has anything good ever happened when Petro holds the ball for more than 1 second (and sometimes, he doesn't even need that much time to screw up)?

Brooks is a good player man, I love watching him play, his passing really surprises me. He broke Allen down a couple of times already in 1st.

BUT were getting destroyed by Gasol

That was nice by Emmett there, weird seeing a Net player driving to the rim with some authority

The fool knows he can't shoot worth a lick. That way in Utah, Orlando, Wash, Dallas and now the Nets.

The funny thing is that he considers himself a world class shooter. In an interview earlier, he was talking about how Deron can kick it out to guys like Morrow and himself and they'll hit 3s all day. LOL.

He's been considered a bad shooter his entire career, and he's backed that up wonderfully, he's the only one that doesn't seem to get that.

BUT, he's the most competent defensive player on the team, so I can cut him some slack.

And btw, THAT'S why Deron Williams is a superstar. He made 2 3's and a layup (8 points), he assisted on the Morrow 3 and the Petro jumper (5 points), and I believe he hit Emmet on that drive for the FTs...he singlehandedly accounted for that entire 15-0 run.
