He re-injured his hand. Is doubtful for Friday.

Harris should play I guess. Just sit in the corner to shoot 3's, Harris can do that. Not expecting any sort of impact but it won't hurt.

DAMN I hope he's alright. Atleast it isn't a shooting hand.

From the Miami Herald

"Point guard Mario Chalmers said he aggravated the injury to his left hand Tuesday night when Darren Collison reached in and tried to slap the ball away from him. But Chalmers said the pain wore off and he feels pretty good about playing Friday in Cleveland."

I'm glad hes ok, he's been killing it for Miami from 3, and seems to have stopped a lot of his bone head plays. He's been penetrating and getting some floaters too fall as well which could be a nice addition for the team. But I don't want him to rush back and risk making it worse, its all about the playoffs for this team.

Major improvement from Mario this season and the PG position as a whole.

Mario has been perfect alongside the Big 3 this season. He does exactly what we need a starting PG to do; don't dominate the ball, play good defense, get some steals, and hit the open jumper (which he has been excelling at). Hes also reduced the amount of dumb plays he makes... Though he still has his moments.

If he can keep this consistency up he's going to be a huge asset for us in the playoffs.

It's true. While people complain (mostly outside fans) that we don't have a PG, we really don't need one. Wade and LBJ already need the ball in their hands and it will be a slow process for them to work off the ball (which they are learning and are getting better at) after years of dominating it, but having a guy who knocks downs 3's and steals is perfect for this team.

If Cole becomes a better PG on the bench, it would be ideal because everyone else just stands for 3's and don't need the ball.

I'm sold on RIo. LeBron and Wade are up that mans a** every night and probably were the whole offseason to get better, and he's shown it. He's knocking down open 3s and stopped a lot of those bone head plays, which is all Miami really needs from him. The only thing I still would like him to work on his how he lobs up alleys. But if Cole could slow down a little bit when the Big 3 are out there and realize he can't pull up and hit a jumper every time our bench is going to be nasty. One thing we never had last year was a bench, especially at the point. Cole is a pesky defender, insanely fast, and every now and then can hit some shots. If he improves on his shooting, and realizes where he fits on this team it will be a major addition. As it is, opposing teams PG can't really sag off of him since they know he's so willing to shoot which helps spread the floor. If he could get a better 3pt shot will be good.
