When: 7:00 PM ET, February 15, 2012
Where: Air Canada Centre, Toronto, ON

Starting Lineups:

Spurs:
PG - Tony Parker
SG - Daniel Green
SF - Richard Jefferson
PF - Tim Duncan
C - DeJuan Blair

Raptors"
PG - Jose Calderon
SG - Demar Derozan
SF - James Johnson
PF - Amir Johnson
C - Aaron Gray

Second night of a back to back tonight so this one could be a tough one against a very scrappy Raptors team.

Jose Calderon has been on fire as of late so the key to this game is going to be stopping him.

Go Spurs!!

Raptors also on a back to back. They lost a heart-breaker last night and I expect them to come out pissed. Btw, how come Manu isn't the starting SG for the spurs?

Good luck guys! ...Just not too much.

This will only be Manu's 3rd game back. He's still a bit rusty and I fully expect Pops to keep bringing him off the bench until he's back in game shape.

Haha the Toronto commentators have one of the hardest jobs in basketball trying to excite viewers about their team at times. Especially tonight without Barny and Kleiza.

I hope they're paid well!

We're starting to not move the ball well enough at the start of the 2nd half, getting into that trap where we try to go it alone too much. I think Pop's about to deliver that message!

I can't take my eyes off a NY game lately. I'm watching the Spurs game after the NY game. I'm caught in all the linsanity. Already 5 points and 7 assists with 2 minutes left in the 1st half. That's looking like another good game for him. Last night's game winner was incredible thou for those who tuned in. Simply awesome.

Yeah I saw the highlights, some good looking plays. Sounds like we might be losing another SAS fan, co_laper!

Nuhh.. I bought the NBA Team Pass so I can only watch Spurs games and they're downloaded on the Archives section. For other games such as NY, I had to watch them live on illegal streaming. So I had to watch the live action (illegal streaming) first, and then watch the Spurs replay. It's the only reason I chose to watch Lin first and then the Spurs.

Sigh, this game had some positives, and some really annoying negatives for me.

Positives:

Parker destroyed another team yet again

We won without having to play Timmy much

Ginobili played pretty well in his 20 minutes.

Splitter still looks good with no sign of dropping off

Negatives:

We let another sub .300 team back into a game for the second straight time. Yeah, it was at their home arenas, but they're sub .300 and we're a .700 ballclub. That should not be happening.

Our defense looked poor in the 2nd half for the second straight game. I'm not worried about our offense, it's our defense that needs work. And it's gotten worse. Not good.

Green played some of the worst defense I'd ever seen on DeRozan in the 3rd quarter. He also did not make up for it during that stretch with offense (he was 0 for during DeRozan's scoring explosion). He did okay other than that stretch though.

Leonard had a really poor game.

The league seems to be beating up Duncan in the post lately, throwing elbows, hitting his knees, and horse collaring him. He has a black eye from the elbow shot he took from Wallace last night, which of course, wasn't even called a foul (and it happened after he fouled him across the arms, also not called).

Ginobili wasn't handling the ball too well today after handling it well yesterday. Strange.

'Eh, I'm honestly very bored of all the Lin talk. Personally I can't wait until he sucks for a handful of games so I don't have to hear about it anymore. The only reason he's getting so much attention is because he's a Knick, which destroys any interest I could possibly have in it. If the NBA/ESPN covered every breakout star this way, it would be easier to enjoy what Lin is doing. . .but the fact that it's only because he's a New York player triggers the cynicism in me. . .making it impossible to like all the coverage that is only taking place since he's a favored-market player.

I'm happy for the guy, but I'm completely sick of the coverage he's getting. He's extremely overhyped right now. Good games against HORRIBLE teams with bad defenses and bad PGs. I will continue to ignore Lin until they start playing good teams. If he's good against them, I'll give him props. Just like I won't give the Knicks any props for their win streak since it's been against almost all scrubs.

If Lin was in Sacramento or Portland, he's not getting all this buzz and promos

Yep, exactly. He'd get a 10 second mention, that's it. Just like the Spurs get for the longest winning streak in the NBA, and just like the Spurs got last year when they led the west from wire to wire. Never mentioned unless they lose, or for some asshat like John Barry saying they're not as good as their record because he enjoys being wrong about 90% of the **** he says.
