i'm sure all the admins have that power, howard's probably just around the most

and the mods have the power to temporarily suspend people too (for like 30 min and stuff)

Mods can do 24 hr suspensions without having to file any "paperwork." The rest has to be done by Admins I believe.

howardmass is the mod boss. all suspensions/bans go through him and only him. mods can only suspend posters for 30min/1hr/12hr in case of trolling emergency.

different admins have different jobs, some i don't even know what they do, but howardmass is the moderating admin.

3 warnings = 3 day suspension

then a few more warnings (usually 2) = 7 day suspension

1-2 after that = permanent ban.

board mods have the opportunity to, either before or after it gets implemented, ask for a board ban instead of a permanent ban. board bans are only available to posters that are valuable somewhere. board bans are usually 1,2, and i think even 3 yrs long before the user can appeal. i actually don't think anyone has ever won an appeal, i know tony has appealed for like 3 yrs every yr to no avail.

and do warnings "go away" after a period of time or do they stay with you forever?
