If jameer was playing like he has in ht e past, we still wouldn't be winning this game. We need a defensive starter at the 3 and a slasher at the 2 or the 1. We need something like this:

Dwight
Ryan
Batum
Afflalo
Ellis

That is a team that can compete with a good mix of offense/defense.

To me you have to have either Jameer or Hedo in at all times. When Jameer's sitting keep Hedo in and when Hedo's sitting, have Jameer in the game. You can't have 0 offense at the PG and SF together for 8-10 minutes at a time. That's been my biggest problem with Stan's rotations. I've always been a Stan supporter and still am, but I just can't understand why he always has to have Duhon and Q(or other SF that can't score) all the time.

It's pretty ignorant to say Spo is outcoaching Stan. Give Stan James, Wade, and Bosh and see who gets outcoached.

people are still living in '09 when we had a contending team. We just aren't that good a team. I feel bad for Stan when he's doing the best he can with the players he has. Then posters come to this board and point at Stan as the problem. Give him some talent and we'd see the results. He took our '09 team to the finals with rafer alston starting and AJ backing him up. And Dwight wasn't nearly as good offensively.

That team got great defense. From Rafter, Lee, Lewis, and Howard. Defense is what wins championships. The magic went away from that which is why we suck now. We went away from players that can get dirty on the defensive side of need be and brought in a bunch of prissy chuckers.

Too bad he's not going to be eligible for sweater vest. It would have been a tough vote.

Wade hurt his back giving Dwight a bear hug on that foul. Serves him right.

#1 and #2 things we need right now: A pg that can penetrate and pass. A wing than can score on his own.

True, but again, we can't blame that on Stan. We have 3 point shooters and 1 big guy. So naturally, that's the game plan.
