How about Gerald Green making a return to the NBA?

Maybe it’s time NBA talent evaluators took a cue from the music world and started looking at players from behind a screen. Maybe it’s time to worry less about what people look like, and spend more time paying attention to what they’re actually doing.

TS% of .603, shooting 39% from 3. Getting 27 MPG for the Cavs and still just 24. He could stick in the league for a while, maybe even as a 6th man for a good team if he continues to improve.

Indeed, I have been following Gee's rise to that of a solid role-player for the Cavs. Gee went from filler call-up during the Cavs tank last-year, to earning starter minutes.
After the Lin "discovery" and the Emmet call-up, I wonder if every GM is in a mad scramble to see there is more gold in them-thar hills.

Mike James got called up by the Bulls today. If they really have game (which I wonder) they need to swallow their pride and go ball in the D-League. Jeremy Lin played in the D-League this season.
I know the big name guys don't want to be on some 10-day deal, but if they can play I don't see why not.
Allen Iverson is considering playing minor league basketball, according to a source.
Iverson is willing to play in the D-League, Caribbean or South America if it means another chance to play in the NBA.
"Allen only wants to play if there's a possibility that it leads to the NBA," the person said, speaking on condition of anonymity. "That's the only way he would go to one of these lower leagues. He wants to get back to the NBA and leave the game on his terms."
Iverson's interest in returning comes as he faces some financial trouble.
The Los Angeles Lakers' D-League affiliate, the Los Angeles Defenders, has contacted Iverson's reps several times, but nothing materialized, according to the source.
