Disappointed. But I said before the season started that he was going to struggle because of the type of "point guard" he is. It's going to take an off season of summer league and training camp to learn how to be a point at the NBA level. Right now he is nowhere near starting point guard material in the NBA. He just doesn't have the court awareness that good point guards have, but hopefully with time he can get better. We'll see. Too early to tell, so I'm not worrying about it right now. We need to focus on winning the lottery...this year and next.

The question is, how are you holding up? You were "all in" on Kemba and Biz at the start of the season.

I still feel like Kemba is our PG of the future, however i feel that Silas isn't the right coach for him and we don't have the right personnel surronding him right now, not only do i feel like he needs to work on his PG skills over the summer, he needs to master his midrange J.. and Biz is actually everything I expected of him and more. the person(s) I am most disappointed with is Silas and TT

Silas will be gone. It's important that MJ hire the right coach this summer so we can start to develop a playing style and get us headed in the right direction. You never know, we could have a great draft in June, add a piece or two from fa's and trades, subtract some crap off this roster, then next season we see the makings of what can be a decent team in the future. Also it's very important that whoever we draft this year does come in and make an immediate impact, or at least shows he has the potential to be a great player. Boy does this franchise really need that. Just be patient.

Larry Brown, "If tyrus is not great, it would be on me."

This is what you get when you let larry run your team. This is the result that follows long after he is gone. With larry, its not what he will do when he is coaching but what will be left after he is gone. This will take a couple of years folks.

Although he is doing a horendous job, Silas will be here to the end of the season. The organization cannot take the beating that a silas firing will cause.

I agree with fats. The Tyrus trade/signing was the worst move we ever did. I've been saying this since day the we got him. If we don't use the amnesty clause on him the contract will look worse and worse in the next years and we will be the biggest laughing stock in NBA history if the Bulls get a great pick

I think we should hang on to TT only cause we are going to have to pay him either way... if we dont have a player coming in right now whats the point?

Larry was not the GM. If you're going to blame Larry for Tyrus then you have to give him credit for Stephen Jackson who turned into the 7th pick.

Not only this loss is depressing, but at the last moment I held back from betting on us losing with a +11.5 handicap. I guess we should abuse the handicap for the rest of the season though.

He was still part of the organization, and he still made that claim.

If that quote is correct then Larry Brown deserves criticism.

Never great, but Tyrus did play well for LB. I wouldn't say it's fair to blame him for what Tyrus has done under Silas.
Humble yourself.
