Tyreke can't pass Battier. He is way off in the 4th.

Good move by Heat, they're running pick and roll with whoever Hayes isn't guarding.

In other words, time for Hayes/Cousins moron.

One positive about tonight, I think it's quite clear what the 9 man rotation should be. Salmons and Hickson go bye bye!

I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo glad Hickson didnt play .
My guess its because of the statements were he said he wanted to go back to Clevland .
As I thought after the trade happened it was a huge mistake and owing a #1 pick for this scrub what a joke !
I hope he never plays another minute for us .
To bad Salmons wasnt playing do to trade .

Hickson & Salmons needs to go & the sooner the better .

Well wasn't able to watch this one thanks to stupid butthole NBATV not being saved on League Pass. Looks like our guys put up a good effort.

Did anybody have any other thoughts on how things went? Were we just hopeless on D? Was Tyreke actually playing unselfishly, or did he just get a bunch of assists due to usage? What made Cuz struggle so much tonight?

The team played unselfish, like they have been as of late. Even ran some sweet Princeton plays through Cousins and Hayes. Cousins was freaking jobbed a little IMO. He go hacked quite a few times and never got the call. He got frustrated, picked up some fouls, including a T, and it just wasn't a good night. Hopeless on D? No, not really. The Kings played zone the ENTIRE game. The Heat went with 2 shooters and eventually buried the Kings, which was pretty easy to see coming. Too much zone in the end, and bad rotations at that. I saw Tyreke on one play literally under the rim right next to Chuck Hayes I think and he wasn't even doing anything or guarding anyone, just standing there like he didn't know where to be. :x

Were we just hopeless on D?

The Kings played a "2-3 zone" for most of the game. The zone was detrimental towards the end of the game because the Heat figured how to attack it and exploit it.

Was Tyreke actually playing unselfishly, or did he just get a bunch of assists due to usage?

Reke looked solid in his "point-forward" role. Sure, there was the occasional ill-advised "fade-away shot & driving into 3 defenders" phase in the game but I don't think those negatives negates all of his positives. A good bounce back game from Reke.

What made Cuz struggle so much tonight?

I think he picked up fouls early into the game. He really never gotten in rhythm throughout the game.
