This is why during "bosh" time we need a point guard who will create shots for Bosh. All Norris cole does is create shots for himself, its annoying.
Lebron is great at creating shots for bosh so maybe need to have lebron in there with bosh during bosh time to help him get into it...
Honestly tho in the beginning of games it usually is bosh and wade time, they always try to get bosh looks, ig he misses two in a row thats it for the night :/

Re: Bosh Offense Sucks
Bosh is a volume scorer. I think that's why he seems more effective when he gets more touches. It's weird seeing a player's efficiency decrease with fewer shots, but it's not uncommon at all. Players like him, Amare, Melo, all need their touches. When their relegated to role player status they suffer a lot. Obviously there has to be an even ground on how many touches he gets because both Wade and Lebron are superior scorers. But those that think this isn't a problem, it is. A Heat team with 2 superstars and an all star running on all cylinders is a lot tougher to beat than 2 superstars and multiple role players. If he keeps playing like this, he won't all of a sudden turn it on in the playoffs because 1) he's not that type of player and 2) habits are built in the regular season. All I know is the Heat usually needed 2 of the 3 to play well to win. Wade and Lebron aren't going to play well every game.

Re: Bosh Offense Sucks
The number of times a game Wade draws Boshes defender and would rather finish in traffic then dump it off to Bosh for a dunk.
Yes,Wade is hitting these shots but Wade scoring 25 and Bosh scoring 15 is much worse for our team then Wade scoring 22 and Bosh scoring 18.
I love Bosh but he is not as mentally tough as the next guy,you have to keep his head in the game early and often.

Re: Bosh Offense Sucks
Heat need Bosh because a bad Bosh with Lebron/Wade and a bunch of role players is horrible if the role players aren't going good and if Bosh is doing bad.
Bosh isn't even getting to the line at this point. He's doing absolutely nothing on offense, I wouldn't even guard him, I would treat him like Rondo.
Bosh gets the ball and he either shooting it or giving it up. A lot of players on this team have that mentality with Lebron and Wade around, they get kinda pussyfooted and just confused. Bosh needs to feel like he's clearly part of the offense with some type of role or purpose.
Only players that actually seem to do stuff on offense is Cole, James, Wade and Chalmers. Everyone else is just streaky jumpshooters or they just gonna move the ball.
Cole and Chalmers only ones that seem to not really care who's out there, they just so strong headed they gonna get theirs. But Bosh needs some confidence back, I rarely see Bosh pick and rolls now. He needs something. Get him some dunks and stuff. He's playing like Andray Blatche. Bosh was top 5 PF when Wade was gone.
IDC about wins and losses, I care about them staying healthy and improving the system or whatever the hell the Heat got.
Bosh last year was a jumpshooter, this year he's just running around doing whatever. Bosh didn't even have a slump last year.
This is really really bad because he's not even playing the same way with Wade gone.

The stats don't support your assertion. His shooting percentage is slightly less than his career average. I expected to see a 5% drop off to validate your hypothesis. He is averaging about 2 shots a game less. He is still getting significant touches.

Well, a 5% drop off is a considerable amount in any category. Both his USG% and TS% have been down from his prime years in Toronto. There's no excuse for him not to shoot 60TS% when he's playing with 2 HoFers, playing with a very great team, and all the while shouldering a smaller load of the offence. Compare him to someone like KG, who also had to defer when he arrived in Boston. Garnett averaged a higher TS% during his stint with the Celtics than he did with the TWolves. There's certainly not enough games to make the conclusion as of yet, but from the 7 years I watched of Bosh in Toronto and the year and a half I watched of him with the Heat, he's a much more effective and better player while carrying more of the offense. I can confidently say he's a much better 2nd option as opposed to a 3rd option. But what can you do when you have two players that are even better options that him.

welp, atleast he showed up BIG TIME against the Knicks. Would carry us when we were stagnant/iso ball.
LMAO Knicks fans were like, DOES BOSH EVER MISS?!
I like that he did this against Chandler at times, he struggles with Chandler. It's an improvement.

He showed all the Heat fans why it was better to sign Bosh than Amare.
