Hornets get the recent #2 draft pick to build around alongside Gordon & potentially Anthony Davis or Andre Drummond. The MN pick isn't as valuable as hoped. They also clear a ton of cap-space so Demps can have a clean slate to work and re-build this team with. They also nab a couple of future 1sts to aid in the re-building.

Not bad valu. But I think a little too many players changing teams to really happen and more likely Wolves would keep Rid and not need Felton.

Does NOH desire expiring contracts enough to do this deal?

Getting three teams to overhaul their rosters mid-season just won't happen. The value may or may not work, but it's too many moving pieces especially when two of the three teams are in the playoff hunt.
