I think the Kings will rue the day it trades Reke and the Kings don't look better with anybody else running the point.

Like with all young players their will be growing pains it is no different for Reke but he is progressing fine and has demonstrated this year that he can be a very effective playmaker I hate when fans of other teams come on here acting as if they know what is good for our team when they probably only watched the Kings the night they played their team. I also hate when people come on here offering Ass-inine trades to better their teams. If Reke is so bad why do these people want to trade for him?

I don't want to here about Thomas being in the starting lineup because he is only in there due to Salmon's ineffective ass and even still Reke handles the ball most of the time.

Reke will be a better player than Rondo and that will be soon; it is no mistake that Ainge is looking to move Rondo plus it has been said that he isn't easy to coach.

The Kings will not be in the lottery for long; they are ready to make a big leap and Reke needs to be a part of that. If the Kings can parlay their 1st this year to the type of player who can come in and add invaluable leadership and seamlessly fit in with this up and coming young roster then by all means they should move the pick but they must be sure that this player can propel them to the playoffs the following year of it would be a waste.

But if they luck up and get the #1 pick and Davis is there they have get him. He is one of the things this team needs the most which is a shot blocker in the lane. The other being a SF. I wouldn't be opposed to Granger, if he is willing to come in here and share the ball and more importantly play defense. He could be that other piece because after all; Granger is a decent shooter and would be that much more effective catching and popping after penetration from Reke & Zeke. But Granger would mean giving up pieces better options may be Chandler or Wallace as FAs.

Maybe I just haven't been paying enough attention to college prospects, but why isn't Harrison Barnes in the conversation for our pick? Would he not be a good pick up in our most deficient area at SF?

I guess my question is asking if the reason he isn't being looked at is because: (1) there are better options, (2) he just doesn't fit our style, (3) wouldn't be in our pick range.
