Not bad return for all teams, but the Lakers really make out.

Barea
Bryant
Beasely
Wallace
Dwight

that's pretty nuts.

LOL So instead of CP3, Stern allows the Lakers to get the world.

If this trade were to go through, Minnesota could make some noise in the future. Gasol is a great fit with Rubio and Love. Then dangle Pekovic for a legitimate wing. Not sure if he's the real deal yet.

Exactly what I'm thinking, this doesn't make the Lakers better. I wouldn't mind this at all.

Interesting idea even if it's a false rumor.

Stern has no say in this. He doesn't run any of the teams involved.

They can trade Pek for a solid wing. Rubio and Pau already have lots of chemistry, that team would be dangerous.

Fatass/out of shape Rasheed, midget PG, and headcase SF. Not really that impressed.

Agreed.

If Howard to NJ is on, Wolves should be the 3rd team to take on Redick if he's available.

On point, I'd actually be more afraid of the Wolves.

Don't believe the source. Doesn't seem credible.

It sounds like a good trade idea.

If it goes down I will be thrilled about Howard but I will also miss Gasol and Bynum. It's a shame the Lakers never got a chance to play before CP3 and the trade drama.

Although I'd rather pick up Beasley with the TPE + a pick, I can't be mad at this deal. I like JJ alot in the PG role for LA.
