How is Darko responding to Pekovic being the number 1 option

Post#1 » by hardyshuffles » Sat Feb 25, 2012 11:38 am

Prior to Darko signing with the wolves he publicly said he wanted to return to Europe given he was never given a chance in the nba to prove himself. Darko stated he would only stay in the nba if the was starting for a club and was guaranteed specific minutes. How is Darko responding to once again being relegated at best to being second option at centre to Pek? Discuss

If I remember correctly, even on the beginning of the season he said he has no problem whoever starts, and that winning games is what matters :)

He said he doesnt have problem with that... and that he even felt bad because Pek didn't play that much because he knowed what he can do. But I guess on some level he must feel bad.

So I would trade him and maybe webster or something for wesley matthews. In Portland he would get nice playing time, Webster also... and Wolfs would get nice SG in return, without giving too much.

I'm guessing the fact that they are friendly off-court makes it easier for him. Good sportsmanship!

It doesn't really matter how Darko feels about this.

What's up with 1860 lately? Won like 5 games in a row. Never thought I would see that again. :o

On rube someone's friend talked to Darko (it was a more detailed story) and asked him about basketball and he said something like "I'm tired of basketball".

Darko went home crying when he found out
Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt
