You cant predict it really. Evans is a best dunker for sure, but those contests are about creativity. Besides, people barely knows who he is, and since they decides the winner, it should end up being Eurovision type of contest, who has most fanboys wins.

No, he is not popular enough to win the contest. That's how it works since some years, the winner is whoever the nba/Stern wants. Not even going to lose my time watching it.

Fans seem to favor PG. The straw poll on TNT 42% of people voted for him. He's likely to use Larry Bird and dunk over Roy Hibbert during the contest too, he'll probably win.
