This is funny, Jonas blocked Kuban C without even jumping and with his knees bent.

Yea, the potential is there for him to have 15-18 foot jumpshot in the NBA.

And litterally 1/3 of their team fouled out on him also.

Good game from Jonas, the missed FT were an anomaly but he still played pretty well. It's been awhile since I last saw him play. He's been posting up more, but it still needs to be refined. Once he gets stronger he'll be tough to stop in the post.

I wonder if JV will bulk up the same way Joakim did and end up having that type of body.

He has a wider frame than Noah, he'll get bigger than him eventually.
If you want to try to measure the elements of basketball that are supposedly unmeasurable, spend a game just watching Marc Gasol.

Everyone and his grandmum wants Jonas to bulk up considerably, which is sensible, but arent you afraid of him losing his speed and agility as well?

I am worried about this as well, when you watch his hughlights from before he was drafted this kid moved like lightning. To me its all about finding that middle ground.

Then again, most of the increased size is gonna come from his upper half, so the influence on speed won't be as drastic.

Have you seen sprinters and all their muscle mass in the 100m sprint events. Would you consider them slow?....

Most posters on here are looking fro him to develop his upper body strength. He's got a good base for his lower body right now. He'll fill out in time so there's no rush for him.
