Adding bulk adds explosive energy some of the bigger looking guys in bodybuilding have 40 inch vertical. That is pure myth.

Well, its because they work on their legs, most of people assume Jonas should work on his upper body.
Sprinters are bulked up, but we are talking about endurance, not sprint. You loose it when weight more... Look at Marathon runners.

It all depends on how you grow muscle. People don't understand that it is entirely possible to grow a lot of muscle mass and even improve you muscles ability to contract quickly, IF YOU DO IT RIGHT or alternately you can grow an extra 5 kilograms and be as slow as f*** (this is what body builders that know nothing about building muscle do), imagine that Mike Tyson hits you in a face well he would do that so quickly that you would only realize what happened after your head hit the grown and I wouldn't call Mike skinny or something.

Most hilarious act of all he made to support Seibutis
Btw, those who want to know what is this - he is a radio DJ and after having Rytas player Seibutis for an interview, he decided to do a support campaign for him with different tries to get Seibutis attention during the game. Poster always say the same - something like "Let's Go, Seibutis".

It's not like Mckechnie doesn't know what he's doing. he's a Scottish kinesiology genius for **** 's sake, or sounds like one at least. Jonas has to add size and strength and they will try their utmost to do it "the right way" for Jonas. So much depends on his ability to improve his body and mechanics to take his physicality to the next level.

Kevin garnet sets plenty of moving screens and rarely gets whistled. But of course he is KG.

Re: Jonas Valanciunas 11/12 Season Thread II
A lot of NBA fans, especially the ones who watches Nikola Pekovic
, tend to think, moving screens are legal in Europe, which is really nonsense thought when you actually think about it.
His moving screens bothers everyone, but he rarely gets called on it and avoids illegal contact. It's definitely a problem, but it already talked to death.
His screens actually evolved I think. He used to set hard screens, but his legs and bottom was always obviously moving... It was scary just to look at it, it looked he should get called on every screen he sets...

His Pick and Rolls are more like Pick and Slip. He moves up to set it, and moves away before the defender runs into him.

True, all the best pick-setters are constantly clutching and grabbing at the defender, it's just a matter of getting away with it. The same can be said for the best defensive players.
