They shouldve had kim kardashian jump over kris humphries. And make that crying face she always does when she accepts her trophy.
LOL Jack is hilarious.
I guess when you play on the Hornets you need a good sense of humor

People voted for Evans based on his one dunk, should be based on all three as a whole. Just another reason why fan voting is a bad idea. Can't rely on the public to remain impartial.
I"m a Timberwolves fan and Derrick Williams' stunk it up except for his second dunk attempt.
George had the best overall night from start to finish. He didn't land his first or third dunk in the amount of time he wanted to, i'm sure. But those were also two of the more difficut dunk attempts of the night. He landed a 360 windmill in the dark on his first try.
Comparison:
Jeremy Evans dunk 1 - Nothing special, just held onto the rim forever
Jeremy Evans dunk 2 - Excellent dunk, very difficult
Jeremy Evans dunk 3 - Entertainment, but feel like 80% of the guys in the league could jump over Kevin Hart
Paul George dunk 1 - Unbelievably hard, tried to get an alley oop, and dunk over 7'2 hibbert, still ended up jumping over Hibbert wtihout the alley
Paul George dunk 2 - Difficult, good show and creative, something that hasn't been done before
Paul George dunk 3 - Very very hard, took him forever to do it. But eventually got it done.
Evans' first and third dunks are things that any of the other contenstants could do. I don't think anyone in this dunk contest could have pulled off George's first or last dunks and nobody had anything more creative than his second attempt.
i agree with this. paul george should have won the dunk contest, he got robbed.

Next year should be a round up of all past winners still in the league.
Kobe/VC/Jrich/Smith/N8/Howard/Blake.
I'd watch that.

I think Paul George would have won if people could have actually seen his second dunk.

griffin, he wasn't anything special last year.

newflash: being a good player doesn't make you a superior dunker as well.

Somebody above mentioned having an open dunk contest. People from all over should submit their youtube efforts like this guy's, and then fans can vote for the top 5 or whatever and then the NBA can bring these guys to the host city so they can wow the fans over. THIS is a way to keep the fans worldwide involved in the dunk contest.
The dunk contest used to be an event that people most looked forward to, and as of tonight it ranked last. The NBA needs something totally different to revive the dunk contest because right now the only option is some smelling salts, a live chicken, and working knowledge of Latin.

Carter, Bryant, McGrady all the guys from the past made their names in it.
LeBron, Wade etc are all weak
I love how before the etc, the only players you name are Lebron and Wade, two HEAT players.
What about Durant/Melo/Rose/Westbrook/Wade/Lebron etc???
I picked two of the best players/ athletes in the league, both of whom have never been in the contest.
Durant, not an athlete.
Rose, too small.
Melo, LOL
Westbrook, maybe.
Rudy Gay - LeBron James - Blake Griffin - Andre Iguodala - Shannon Brown - Demar Derozan. Sonny Weems - Dwayne Wade - Russell Westbrook - Serge Ibaka - McGee - Nick Young
