We are under the cap but not by a whole lot.. there are teams though that are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over..boston with their record will probably be a big player before the trade deadline.
I know hoopshype is not the most accurate but you can see how some teams will be under financial pressure with the new CBA to move people.
