Is it sad that I secretly wanted the Nets to sign him weeks ago?

I don't care if he sucks, this team needs some athletes. Good news.

Yeah Green's athleticism is still off the charts... Easily one of the most athletic players in the league. Just checkout his D-League All-Star game highlights, unreal.

We survived Travis Outlaw and have survived Johan Petro (so far) I think we're well prepared for Gerald Green.

I heard he's gotten a lot better. Lakers were supposed to sign him a while ago and the ESPNLA radio guys are always talking to his head coach on the radio.

Guess this means Emmett is gone, right?

It's funny cause after the d-league all-star game I posted on nj.com about how the nets should sign him to a ten day contract. Maybe they do read these posts

Who knows, maybe we catch lightning in a bottle. It's not like it hurts us, considering we don't have a healthy small forward. Streaky shooter that has been hitting 3s and is athletic. Doesn't hurt.

Hopefully he'll be able to fill in the SF void. I'm glad we'll be able to have someone other than Morrow or Brooks at that spot now.

Was just watching the highlights of the D-League All Star game. He's got some serious ups..... I do remember him from the dunk contest too a few years back and he definitely still has it. I'm excited we jumped on him. He needs to learn from DWill on how to be a professional.

Yo why's he throwing up a gang sign while he shoots the ball?
