If you look at how Williams and Beasley have played so far this year, it's mostly been mediocre. Beasley has the lowest PER and TS% of his career. Williams was shooting sub-30 percent from three point range before last night. There hasn't been much reason for Adelman to find minutes for them.

Apparently you aren't aware, but the guys taking minutes away from Beasley (wes johnson and Webster) are both having their worst PER and TS% of their career...as well as being lower than Beasley's numbers in those respective categories.

Being better offensively than those guys isn't exactly earning your minutes. And you also have to consider those guys play better defense and take less shots (so their inefficiency hurts us less).

They play better defense? The DRTG numbers are a wash. Beaz is a 103, Wes is a 104 and Webster is a 102.

Fair enough, but I think you are under appreciating just how bad Wes Johnson is. 82 games only has stats up to the 15th of this month, but go take a look at his numbers, they are easily the worst on the team, both offensively and defensively.

Lets try getting Williams and Beasley consistent minutes first, then perhaps we can complain about consistent numbers.

I think it works the other way around. When you play well consistently, you get consistent minutes.

Really, so when Beasley plays 9 minutes, all in the first half against the Bobcats, and scores 6 points on 2-4 shooting, you are expecting what out of him then in those 9 minutes?

Something called defense, perhaps?
