Stan may have said that but there is also other aspects of the game. Suddenly Ish is the fans new why we don't play him guy. Perhaps the Jeremy Lin story helps the cause. Reality is Smith is a barely in the league player. He has almost no history in the league. The minutes he has played in his career he has not been very good. Suddenly Stan suppose to play him rotation minutes because he can get the ball up the court. In reality wouldn't it be fair to say outside of that Duhon is better than him in just about every skill. So if that is the best option Stan pretty much forced to keep playing Ish. Just hope a professional PG can get the ball up the court.

The vast majority of this post is inaccurate.
Kevaroo- I think you are vastly overrating the skills needed to run the Orlando 2nd unit. Vastly. Bring the ball up the court and run the set. Get past full court press if there. Move around. Don't turn the ball over. Sit on the bench and drink Gatorade.
False.
Against 2nd worst team in the league Duhon is 0-2, 5 turnovers, 0 assists and two fouls in 6 minutes of play.
Hellen Keller could run this offense better.

Unreal. Nearly averaging a turnover per minute.

Nice bounce pass by Jameer on the full speed run.

just a shout-out for one of the best broadcasting duo in the nba. they call it as they see it; no bs, no sugarcoating, no bashing, no bitching.

We'll call that a pass.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

Does anyone remember when Brian Hill had a call in show and he got spammed the ENTIRE show with Play Travis Diener/Diener is GAWD questions?

He was PISSED. Dude basically said Travis shouldn't even be in the NBA, WHILE he was still on the team.....it was a great moment in Magic history.

I love Dwight as a player, but does anybody get the feeling that he thinks he never does anything wrong on the court yet is the first to yell at his teammates? It really is starting to irk me....

lol, I haven't lived in Orlando since before that, but I could see this Duhon/Ish turning into something similar with Otis/Stan.

This is the same man who called Pat Garrity our best defensive player.

You are the most pessimistic poster I've read on here but I agree with most of your posts. This one included. He complains after every single play about something. I mean the guy gets a ton of no calls but he spends more time with that sour look on his face than playing. The guy is so much bigger, stronger, and athletic than everyone else he should be a 20 20 guy almost every night.

I like to call myself a realist  . I try not to be so pessimistic but its so damn hard with the things that have been going on the last two years.

Another huge lead blown in a hurry. Just as predicted by me early on. I'll flip it back on in the fourth when they start trying again.

Return to Orlando Magic
