especially if it keeps Dwight in Orlando... he's one of the guys Dwight wants, am i right? ... put Ellis at PG... boom, it's done... Ellis/Dwight PNR and inside-out... it's over!... plus we finally have a closer down the stretch who can create a shot for himself and score when our offense becomes stagnant... he isn't a spot up shooter... he can TAKE OVER a game at any time, especially in the 4th, when Dwight needs relief

I don't think we can get Ellis, mainly because I think other teams are interested and have better offers, but I'm excited about the idea that Otis is out there trying to make something happen... this current roster will fizzle out early in the playoffs, so it's either improve the team or trade dwight.

Because he is a high volume player who isn't going to have the ball in his hands enough with SVG to put up the same production he is in Golden State. IF (big if) Dwight promised to not opt out if we trade for Ellis, I'd do it in a heartbeat. But if that isn't the case, I'm having a hard time getting on board with gutting our roster for him. He won't solve all of our problems and we're creating new problems while we are at it.
