Batum will have to be resigned this off-season.

Would be hilarious if we did a trade with Portland and grabbed 2/5th of our old team back.

Well batum for DJ straight up then. The Blazers will have trouble resigning him anyway and Felton isn't really getting it done there, last i heard.

I'd have Felton here as a back up PG - so long as his contract was something like 3 years at 3 mil per year.

If we do trade DJA I'd approach Felton with this offer over the summer. He's an UFA and I'm sure he would love to come home.

How do you feel about Batum? I think he's a pretty good defender, a good shooter, and a guy who won't ruin an offense. Be nice to have a good shooting 3.

Why in the hell would Minnesota do that deal? Makes no sense unless we're swapping 2012 picks, which I don't believe we can do until we are eliminated from the playoffs (may not be able to do it at all).
Augustin might pull in a mid to late first. Diaw is only useful for cap clearing and that's negated with Tyrus. If Anthony Randolph doesn't see the floor in Minnesota, why would Tyrus? Now, we're going to send those pieces for two former 2nd overall picks and a decent combo guard? It's not going to happen.
Augustin for Beasley straight up would be the best we could realistically do and why would Minnesota want DJ? It would be more like DJ going to Team A, draft pick going to Minny, and Beasley coming to us.

Minnesota's front office calls the janitor in the door to get a good laugh as well. We only have two things that the Timberwolves would realistically want, and that's Gerald Henderson and our 2012 lottery pick.

Batum will have to be resigned this off-season.

I doubt it Batum wants to get paid, and the Blazers don't seem to want to spend.

Considering he wouldn't take the five mil we offered him to start I doubt three to be the back up is probable.

He is number 4 on my summer wish list.

I'm so-so on Batum. I mean, he's nice, but he's not a show stopper. I think we need a more dominate SF than Batum. I think he;s too much of a passenger - the type to drift in and out game to game.

Besides, he's French and after Boris and Ajinca........
