How the Wizards win the championship next year

Post#1 » by Jay81 » Fri Mar 2, 2012 3:18 am

Actually very simple. Howard wants to play with an elite point guard and he does not want to be traded to a team that has to give up so much to get him. So he becomes a free agent. He then watches the Wizards win the lottery and draft Anthony Davis. He has the desire to play with an elite point guard--John Wall. After not signing McGee and young..we have cap space to also sign Eric gordon

G-Wall/Mack
G-Gordon/Crawford
F-Singleton/Vesley
F-Davis/Booker
C-Howard/Serpahin

that team goes 55-27 and upsets Miami to win the championship

even if we get Thomas Robinson instead of Davis..or harrison Barnes...its still a really good team. We need Ted and Wall to "sell" howard to washington

I think we got a real shot. The only thing that might stop us, is what if league doesn't demote us to the NBDL? I guess we'll just have to cross our fingers.

Also need to add the part where Durant demands a trade to his home town.

So is wearing the watch over the sleeve the new trend now? Seems like I am always behind on these things.

I thought this thread was going to be about figuring out how to crash 29 airplanes.

Hater.

We only need to crash 28 planes. We can take Charlotte.

If it is, I'm sure a blizzard will be involved somehow.

Gianni Agnelli been doing it since old times.

The only way the Wizards win anything next year is if the rest of the league gets hit by a meteor.

No, but he's in his pilots gear, and back in the day, pilots wore watches over the sleeve for ease of access.

(that's the truth, but it also wouldn't fit him otherwise).

now, did you vote?

Even if the Wizards got the #1 overall and no trade was made before March 15th, I bet Dwight Howard wouldn't come to the Wizards to play with Wall and Anthony Davis.

Superstar ego wouldn't let him IMO. Those guys always see their contemporaries as better players. He would want to play with Deron Williams before John Wall. He probably wouldn't want another shotblocker on his team, either.

But the post was optimistic, Ji. Got to hand it to you. It's nice to dream. Wall, Davis and Howard and Eric Gordon. I need some of what you're having.

That team actually comes nowhere near winning a championship next season. Not when their best 3 point shooter is Gordon at 37%. Not when Chis Singleton is starting and playing big minutes. Among other problems...

fish, I think on defense and rebounding alone it does come close.

If Iverson could get to the Finals with three bricklayers and Keith Van Horn, so could Wall with Dwight Howard IMO.
