I would stick with Deng.

Yeah, I made the offer my Deng for his Lin and was quite surprised when it was rejected. I try to make realisitic trade offers.

I'd rather have Lin. Deng has the worst playoff sched in the league too FYI.

Good point about the playoff schedule, but in my case it doesn't apply. I missed the draft in this league. It's 12 teams deep and top 6 teams automatically stay in the league next season. 3 of the bottom 6 get demoted to a relegation league, based on the consolation bracket performance. I'm in 7th place right now. So I'm all in on making the top 6 and don't really care about playoffs.
Was the champ last year and am still irked that I missed the draft this season. Getting relegated after being the champ before would just be horrible.

Re: Deng for Lin?
depends on what your looking for from Deng? he's currently playing injured in the wrist and the complains of pain will cause him to miss some games for rest/ recovery. he didn't want surgery to fix this and be out 3-4 months.
Deng's a special player. again, he's playing injured, most players play with pain, but not injury and put in the quality minutes and production on both sides of the ball.
he's currently struggling with the shot which should be obvious, but he can give consistency in other CATS and i still think Deng will put up numbers in scoring for the remainder of the season, even if he is forced to sit some games.

i like LIN. i do! but his TO's are a real concern and the KNICK offense is a train wreck. will Melo play with the others or not? Fire D'Antoni and hire Coach Jeff Van Gundy, if Phil is not coming back anytime soon.
