What I found when I don't want to work out, I simply have no energy to do so. I'm sure you're feeling the same way since you don't want to go to class and then work out.

Just eat something. Have a better diet and a better routine for meals. Breakfast, small snack, Lunch, snack, light dinner. Doing so you'll have more energy and focus through out the day.

If you indulge, eat fruit. If you want chocolate, eat fudge popsicles. If you must have chocolate... eat dark chocolates, they are healthier for you.

I'm still 150 lbs. Will try to get to 135 lbs with more muscle by Summer.

Strongly considering ordering this Dinner Box deal from Pizza Hut. It all sounds good except the cinnamon sticks. Is it like a churro?

Aren't the cinnamon sticks just the bread crust from the pizza but with cinnamon? I remember those.

The Pizza Huts in Vietnam are like fancy restaurants.

Yeah, there's one in the Tyler mall which is much more closer. I love those things. I bought the dinner box, because the cinsticks come with icing. I'm hoping the icing is similiar to the alfredo sauce.
