Game #34: Clippers(21-12) @ Suns(15-20)

Post#1 » by Det the Threat » Fri Mar 2, 2012 4:11 pm

On the day, where Wilt Chamberlain's 100 point game celebrates it's 50th anniversery, the Clippers will head to the desert to face the Phoenix Suns.

The Ariona guys are led by future Hall-of-Fame point guard Steve Nash, who at age 38, still plays with the best of them and made another All-Star game appearance.
The Suns also have another solid piece in Polish center Marcin Gortat, who's averaging a double double and was in the discussion for the back up center spot in this years All-Star game.

The Clippers are coming off a win yesterday in Sacramento, where they beat the Kings handily and got great contributions by Bobby Simmons, who was just signed to a 10-day contract this week.
Mo Williams also chipped in a great game, while Chris Paul and Blake Griffin did their usual damage.

Five Questions:

Will Bobby be able to have another solid outing on offense?
Which bench big will grab more rebounds? Reggie or K-Mart?
Who wins the key matchup?
Will Blake be able to contain Frye's three pointers?
How many points will Mo score?

2nd game in 2 nights for both teams, Clippers rested some players during the last night's game.
Look for a big game from Caron & DJ.

This is the game Griffin throws down 5+ vicious dunks and finishes with 35 points 15 rebounds.

I'm with you dare bud

Edit: I'm not going to edit that, that is how tired I am. I wrote dare instead of "there", and I just noticed it.

It's been awhile since we played the Suns. The team has proved that we can play with just about anyone. Hope to see our guys play well and get another road victory.
