Good win but I hope everyone realizes this is just a tease. I'm just saying cause I got my hopes up earlier in the year too, I expect for us to come and lay an eg against the Kings or Wednesday against the Thunder.

Exacly, we have a few good games this year and I even think we're turning things around and yet we lose next 3 games.

This draft has 8 or 9 franchise potential players and we are going to win just enough games to miss out...please let the lottery ping pong gods shine favorably on us for once.

Just curious but now that we have won 2 in a row against decent teams does coach get any credit from the Gentry haters or does he just get blame for the losses?

Credit for what? He continues to play Telfail, and he continues to allow the opposing team to go off on huge runs before does anything. This was a lucky win. We did everything in our power to try and lose this game, and we were fortunate that the Clips sucked worse than we did. We had a franchise low in points in a half I think.

Frye shoots 2-18, but if it wasn't for his defense and rebounding, we could have easily lost. Never thought we would say we won because of Frye's defense and rebounding. But 2-18, really? But he only shot 1.4% worse than our other shooting four, 1-8.

He is finally catching on a bit with Hill and Nash splitting rests, but since he had Hill guarding Paul the whole time tonight, they wasn't used at all.

Look, if Telfail was a better defender than Price, I would say use him, but if Telfail doesn't provide any better offense than Price, wtf is he out there? Chilldress needs to play over Redd. Same reason as Telfail, if he can't shoot, and can't play defense, why is he getting minutes?

Until I see a well coached game, Gentry still sucks.

I wouldn't call it just lucky win. Clips sucked but Suns made them suck. With exception of Blake missing few shots he normally makes all rest of Clippers shortcomings was forced by Suns good defense, great rebounding and boxing out took away many 2nd chances and Suns own offensive rebounding was good too.
Grant on CP3, long arms of Gortat and Frye, rest of the team playing good help defense, that shoot down Clips PnR , Paul was contained, all their bigs were completely invisible except Griffin post plays. It's not like Clips had tons of good shots and opportunities that they were just missing like we did in 1st half. At the end yes, few individual good plays (true, some lucky) gave us the win, but up to that point Suns made this game close and winable. I don't see that as a luck and coincident.

If someone would tell me that Fry shot 2-18 and had a good game I would never believe it, also props for team effort on offensive end. Gortat, Duds and Grant did good job, Nash in boxscore looks way worse than his actual performance.

Bizarre, ugly and just weird game. Frye is possessed by Bill Russell, Nash is possessed by someone from the special olympics.

What was Frye's idea at the end, grabbing Griffin and giving him foul shots?

Our bench makes me sad.

Have to go write a summary of this now for the blog and I have no idea what i think. Kills me really - I dont' see any point in winning with this roster, juts to be blown out and humiliated in first round, but these guys busted ass to win this and did it with defense. Hard to not cheer. But I'm managing

Why are you guys giving Frye a hard time. It was under a second left so what if he fouled him? It's still a 3 point game with Suns ball and 0.7 left. So why blame Frye for fouling?

Alot of crazy things have and will happen in the NBA. It was possibly the stupidest play of the year by him and for that he gets a hard time. There was absolutely no reason for the Suns to do anything on that last possession. Everyone was standing around and Frye was the only one trying to attempt at playing D on that last possession. It just ruins the rest of the incredible game he had and for that he deserves the hard time he is getting.

Suns have already done this several times this year. Show promise in a couple games in a row, look like a playoff team, then lose to a bad team.
Sacramento will beat us by 10. Story of our season.

Geez can we stop with the nostradamus-ing already, a team can always turn their ship around, besides I would rather take a win against the Clippers then take a win against the Kings. Stop basing things on past patterns and just enjoy the damn success that the Suns had last night for the last couple days...prease?
