I was playing 21 with my roommate and brother in law at a park today and some 14 year old kid just rode up on his bike and grabbed a rebound then just started shooting and talking... we're all 21-25 and the kid wouldn't leave! I was being a nice guy at first, just talking to him because he seemed like he was lonely (which I understand because he was annoying as hell), but he kept talking and talking and we couldn't believe it... the kid was virtually asking for a man in a panel truck to pick him up so he could go buy some candy. I can't decide if the kid is dumb or if he has bad parents that never told him not to talk to strangers.

maybe he was checking if you wanted some drugs.. dunno in America but where i live I would aks him if he had some weed. he probably would...

cool then. I live in a very good area here but my GF lives in a ghetto neighborhood, but its cool there, they don't mess with locals so I'm there with her on a bar and the locals kid see me (white, tall, they think I'm a gringo - euro-gringos love afro girls here) and like every time I'm there this kid stops by and ask if I want some weed... I don't do that, of course.

sometimes he offers me a watch, an iPhone, etc.
