Yea I was confused a lot as well.. What did Valdalf's sign say?

Is it just me, or does Val's frame look like it is capable of packing a lot of muscle onto it? Like three or four years he coud be a some where in Dwight's neighborhood?

I hope he never gets Dwight-like, it will make him less effective in some areas. The jump shot will become a valuable part of his arsenal. In the league game on Friday, he ran the court like a guard for a dunk. That quickness is another of his attributes.

I'm of the view he needs enough muscle/strength to guard big men effectively in the post, and that's about as far he should take it.

Howard is a mutant.

I am sure Jonas will look as solid C in a couple of years, I imagine Darko Milicic body type maybe, Jonas works out all the time so its just a matter of time.

He's got to be strong enough downstairs to fight for position and big enough upstairs to finish through contact, but there can't be beauty bulk anywhere if he wants to stay light on his feet around the rim and keep his edge on P&Rs. Looking like Splitter currently does could be good.

Watched that video hundred times. Was not talking about Darko's attitude, hes a psycho, looks like a guy who used to kill cats back in HS. Still, Darko has his strong sides in basketball.

As someone who has zero knowledge of his situation and schedule in Lithuania, is there any chance he can come over here for even a few games at the end of this season?

No chance. Besides, it would probably waste 1 year of his 2+2 rookie contract, so thats just a bad move anyway.
