I hear ya. MagicConfig probably has a source or two but he ALWAYS integrated his own opinion with what he heard, and tried to pass it off to others. His scenarios were interesting but nothing more valid than any post you could find on here.

I understand it pretty clearly. We live by the 3. We can get huge leads when the 3 ball is falling. But when we struggle with it, we don't have another consistent scoring option. We struggle to score. It's 3 or bust with this team. So we get hot for 4 minutes behind the 3 and garner a huge lead. Then we get cold and just collapse. And I can't blame Stan for that. We have guys that only shoot 3's. No offensive diversity.

We have guys that only shoot 3's. No offensive diversity.

+1 when our 3s aren't falling and our spot up shooters are contained... we have no one that can go off the dribble, penetrate and create a shot for themselves or for others... and do it consistently and do it at a high level... this is why I value a guy like Monta Ellis... we need someone like that one our team.

The sad fact of the matter is that even adding someone like Monta or Nash is not going to fix what's wrong with this team. We are just poorly constructed, severely lack athleticism throughout the roster, aging, and locked up by bad contracts. There just isn't a simple fix here.
