I don't see any trades going down until Tuesday or Wednesday. Teams won't start getting serious until time is working against them.

I think Otis needs to make a small trade, even just a lateral move soon -- tomorrow even to "prove" to the other GMs that the team is not going to move howard... someone's got to get the dominoes falling because I think they're all just waiting for us.

Duhon is pure crap... and what's funny is that we don't even have to trade Duhon to get an upgrade... Ish Smith is better than him and should be getting the 16-20 min as back-up PG instead of Duhon.

Yeah, it would be amazing but we'd still need a slashing scorer/ball handler. Plus of course realistically we probably don't have the parts needed to make a JSmoove trade happen.

If it is possible to get Josh Smith Howard will definitely re-sign. If you have to gut the team entirely to bring him in, you do it. I don't think we can get him, but I just hope our front office is expending every asset in the pursuit.

hedo, dwight and jsmith could work well together. hopefully we get a decent bench upgrade, too.

Not a good fit, would rather have Ellis. Josh is a bad shooter and gets a lot of value from his superb defensive rebounding, which we'd get diminished returns on because we have Dwight and are always top 5 there. His defense would be terrific, and his 1.5 steals and 2 blocks would go a long ways, but he is not a good offensive player or at least not in the role he has on Atlanta, using 26.3% of their possessions with an ORtg of 97. His sweet spot offensively is around 22% or so, and even then he isn't an offensive dynamo.

So OS said that Alex and Dan Devos where at the Bulls game today? I feel like we are trading dwight to the bulls, if we trade him? Why else would they both be at THIS game??
