Hi Fellow Magic Fans:

I'm new here and I don't know much about trade things etc... but I got some trades ideas on my mind I would love to show.

(3 Trades) - but yeah yeah 2 problems? Not enough assests...? and the one and only Otis <_<

1. http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=86lamtz
2. http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=6mr9hej + throw a future 1st rnd if needed...
3. http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=7sj39d3

Future Line-up:

Al Jefferson / Darko Milicic
Paul Millsap / Ryan Anderson
Michael Beasley / Quentin Richardson / DeAndre Liggins
Kevin Martin / Jason Richardson / Von Wafer
Kyle Lowry / Devin Harris / Ishmael Smith

Are we good with that...? Pipedream? or Pipedope?

None of those teams will agree to any of those deals. Supposedly Lowry+Scola is being traded to LAL for Pau Gasol. Also what's the point of having both K-Mart and J-Rich on the team???
Image

J-Rich needs to kick rocks.....Too inconsistent and virtually brings nothing to the table that Redick can't emulate

Devin Harris's contract is bad, id rather keep jameer. Houston wouldnt take the 2nd (but id take it in a heartbeat), and I would love the third one too, but I doubt that minny would take that trade.

Adrian Wojnarowski reported Friday that the Wolves fear that Ricky Rubio might have a torn ACL after injuring his left knee.

Ersan would be hobbled here....he is playing well...In Millwaukee...don't know how he will fare here in Orlando in our system....you have to think about that....Scott Skiles has a totally different philosophy from SVG....Ersan would just be a floor spacer here just like Ryan is....so why get a clone of the same exact player?

Is this good or bad for us? Will they look to acquire assests for next season?

Doesn't really affect us in any way, although I'm sure that people will still theorize something about them having to use their other point guards (maybe even something with his buddy Fran). There's also a 12 page thread about Beasley around here somewhere...

This forum really has that off-season feel to it right now...

Alex Kennedy ‏ @AlexKennedyNBA
Andrew Bogut trade rumors have legs. The Milwaukee Bucks are taking calls. Nothing is imminent, but I won't be surprised if Bogut is moved.

Magic get: Monta/Capt Jack
W's get: Bogut and Baby
Bucks get: Kwame/Turk/JJ/Udoh/1st round pick

I'm still amazed at the quantity of the sort of invested, yet ultimately pointless, discussion goes on here... like we're a bunch of gossipy old ladies. Love it :)

people keep sending hedo away should REALLY suggest an alternative way for magic to make plays. for example: "we are getting nash" or "jameer pledges to go to a summer basketball camp".

Yep, we are one of the top teams in the East right now, but what does that really mean for our ultimate goal? Well, we are 8-12 against teams better than .500. We are 18-3 against teams with a losing record. That tells me we need an upgrade somewhere. As a guy that watches every Magic game, either good or bad, I know the current makeup will not get it done. We need a guard or SF to put some sort of pressure on the interior of the defense. Hedo does it when he feels like it and Jameer does it when he faces a PG that allows him to do it. PG and SF are our desparate needs in the current system. Problem is, we have nobody worth a dang to get anyone back. But, one thing I will say is, Otis Smith is the GM for the Magic for a reason. Lets trust in him until, at least, the 15th of March. If he let's us down, then lets call for his job to be terminated. A guy that is in charge of a multi-billion dollar professional sports team has to be smarter than us. I know we like to pretend we have better ideas, but I am confident he has at least explored those ideas.
