Confident John Wall is exciting to watch. Especially when he's abusing pudgy PGs. :D

Meanwhile... JOHN WALL!

True. :)

But nate, I do not want Nick back at all. Not just this game. I'm sure they need to go in another direction. They can resign him cheaply and he's serviceable and at times good. He's just not a great player for his inconsistency and his lack of a total game.

I will give you McGee can go if you see the Nick hurts this team a lot of the time. He's too up and down. Except for the Laker game, Nick generally only helps when his shot is dropping.

That is why i just can't root for a player like Jordan Crawford...No rebounders underneath, no ball movement, contested jumper, but this guy thinks thats a good shot.

If I were John Wall, I'd want to bolt from this wretched team. Force a trade to Dallas or something lol.

Great and we are about to lose at home by double digits to a team that got destroyed the night before. At least you are looking at the cup half full.

Along with Young I want Crawford gone, too.

His hot streak ended in a big way recently. It's not the end of the month yet, but Jordan has consistently been a high usage, low efficiency, jacker.

All in all, not a bad game by any stretch of the imagination.

We missed an inordinate number of free throws. They were (almost) perfect.

We also got nothing from our two biggest shot-jackers -- Young and Crawford.

Why not? This team isn't built to win games. We have no true snipers. We have exactly two reliable two-way players (Booker and Wall). Most of our roster has less than three years playing experience. We're going to lose a lot of games even when individual players are doing great.

So yeah. I'm going to enjoy it. That's all we HAVE to enjoy.

it made me mad when he was having his hot stretch and they asked him whats going different and he said "nothing. He said that the shots are jus going in now. If I miss then they say its bad shots but they are going on now".

Thats the point JC. They are bad shots and you wil never be a key player on a good team because of it. You might get streaky and have your moments but you and NY dont have a winners game. Its ugly to watch and its bad basketball. Please get these chuckers away from Wall ASAP

the free throw disparity is the difference in the game. If both teams shoot an average percentage from the free throw line, this would be a 1-point game.

All in all, a good tank loss.

Oh well, hope we make a trade in the next few days. That's about the only thing we have to look forward to the rest of the season and hopefully the improvement of the youngsters.

They wanted it worse.

Washington does not know how to attack inside.

Wittman didn't get Seraphin on the low block in the third. The guards shot and shot.

The difference this game was what Portland did and what the Wizards did not.

it will never happen but I would love to see how we play with JC & NY benched. Start Mason, play Evans more, and you can even play JV. Im just tired of seeing that ugly crap. I hate watching those guys chucking. They are going to be in for such a shock when they go to a different team and dont have the green light anymore

I don't know if I'd say both of those guys are two-way players. Wall allowed fat Felton to score 21 points tonight. He's not what I'd call a quality defender and Booker has more to prove that he can do it full-time at the four. Both as a rebounder and defender though he's definitely rebounding a lot bettter. We know he can hustle and jump. I want to see more Seraphin and some Vesely who can't improve on the bench.

I just hope someone lets Batum know that he SURE COULD HELP THE WIZARDS!

If Seraphin had some time with him before this game, I hope he saw some of the city. That's the one thing this game could do is let the guy know how good things could be.

Unfortunately, this game didn't go the way I hoped. Wizards should have put Seraphin in and let him go to work. That would have been their best chance.

Foul them out and don't let their superior Fs dominate the game.

On the bright side, at least Singleton played well.

What's the point of starting Mason? We know what he can do. We're trying to get Anthony Davis. He's Camby x10. I'd rather start those shot chucking guys than wind up with Jared Sullinger or Perry Jones.

Also good news that New Orleans is leading a Ricky-less Minnesota team by 6 late in the third quarter.

Our offense is too ISO-oriented. On most plays, there’s no movement. There’s one pick at best, and a guard chucks up the first shot he can find. We have too many low IQ guards that make everyone else bystanders on offense and don’t feed the ball into the post. And Wittman has to take control.

NY has had like 1 good shooting game in the past month yet he's jacking more than ever now. Every game he's getting around 20 shots in not even that much time and its usually a horrible percentage. It made me sick watching him laugh with that dunk at the end of the GS game when were down by 20 with seconds left just because he scored when Dom was guarding him.

Then against the Lakers he talked trash after every make and shot it every time even though he only shot like 30%. He said he understood the benching from Witt but he's gunning more now than ever and Witt is rewarding him. We dont need it
