I'd rather keep Hedo and his less-per-year & earlier-FA contract in that case ..

Really, If I'd hear the name Boozer in any talk, i'd instantly hang up the phone. Boozer is the exact opposite of whatever we want back in a trade. He's old + has an absolutely horrible contract, so that doesn't fit the description IMO

Deng/Noah & NO Boozer and I'd remotely start considering .. But Boozer? LOL

He can't even get the ball to mid-court anymore

SOmetimes I really question whether he belongs on an NBA team anymore.

Like, seriously, would any team benefit swapping for him?

I'm a little bit worried, I'm worried Otis is going to get Martins drunk and pull off an unsupervised terrible trade (like with Chicago) with Martins inebriated.

Strangely I'm scared that this may actually happen...

Damn I hate Otis a lot and I used to just stay quiet when the threads came up about firing him, he really pushed me completely to the edge after the Phoenix trade.

That's a great rule of thumb/advice  stay away from booze, and stay away from booz-er

Here's a list of players that need to be shipped out:

Jrich
Hedo
Jameer
Duhon
Big baby

By sending out these individuals we move in the right direction...

The Phoenix trade will always been his undoing.

i'd be happy if this team just moved Hedo and Jameer and gave up on the idea of them being an integral part of the success of this team.

exactly. at this point i'd hazard we could be better with a bit of addition by subtraction.

Do you think Portland would entertain a package of involving those two for Wallace?

Monta/D.Lee/Brown(Expiring) for Dwight/Baby/Duhon........

-Monta>Lopez
-We'd sell tickets while still tanking.
-Giving D12 right now to NJ wouldn't give us a good pick.
-We shed contracts
-Letting him walk doesn't guarantee us a stud in the draft.

I'd rather trade Dwight to GS for David Lee, Monta, and picks

Chicago fan.

Ken Berger is on crack. There is no way that he tweeted involves Boozer. Clearly, it would involve Noah.

As for the validity of any of it, just including Boozer makes it suspect. I think it's more drivel that's going to get people talking but doesn't really have any legs. The fact is that Chicago and Orlando only make good trading partners if 1) Dwight commits to Chicago (they should snap make the trade with a one-year commitment and probably without it, but they won't) and 2) Orlando can't get anything better from the teams trying to rent Dwight.

Getting Noah, Deng, Asik, and draft pick would clearly not be horrible but I find it difficult to believe the Magic couldn't find a better offer, although none of us can be certain how much leverage the Magic have in this situation because we don't know if Dwight is willing to comeback and the Magic, despite what they are saying, might know for sure that he won't. If he won't come back, and won't sign except with the three teams, Orlando is going to trade him and the package is going to be underwhelming for a player of his caliber.

If I were Otis (but I'm not, thank God) I'd call NY for Melo/Chandler .. Knicks are playing horrible so probably interested in that kind of trade + Dwight can finally be a "Big City"

Pretty much agree with all of this. Well said
