For instance, the Tigers new move to the Big East Conference. Something they have been fighting for a long time. It's a good move for the Tigers imo b/c they should get more recogization within the conference. Only thing is they will have to step their game up big b/c this conference is not C-USA where you get to walk all over everybody.

Just to get some thoughts of everyone, what is your intake on how the Tigers have played overall this season?

The past 48 hours have been really exciting. The Tigers finally moving to a BCS Conference is a dream come true. Hopefully the move will have a positive effect on the football program, much like it did for Louisville and Cincy.

them playing the likes of Boise in football is something id prefer not to think about.....hopefully they will improve from one of the worst teams in the country to a team thats just bad.....I like it regardless, if the Big East can retain their BCS bid then its something to look forward to and in fairness the football program has nowhere to go but up....thankfully im almost done with my time @ the UoM im sure this means that tuition will continue to increase.....it will also be nice to see the basketball program face good competition

The BCS is definately the best thing that could happen to Memphis.

But Pastner must really start coaching. He needs to become a better X and O's coach. The coaches in the Big East are at another level.

Recruiting now should be even easier.

#8 Seed................

That committee is screwed. So we get an old Metro Conference matchup to start, should be fun.

I may be crazy, but if MEM keeps playing like this, I think we will beat Michigan State.

One and done are the Tigers. They circle in on Barton and the rest of the team fell apart.

Has anyone else been following the rest of the tournament or seen any players that caught your attention?
