If you're going to trade Bogut, trade him in the offseason. Doing it now hurts the tank.
I think we should keep him anyway (and hope he loses weight). Lose Gooden, Delfino, Jackson, Dunleavy, and Udrih, and replace them with 10 day contract type guys, and the tank stays on course. Add a top 6 pick or higher, and we're not in bad shape.
Bogut, Ersan, Jennings, Harris, and high pick isn't a bad core to start with. Keep the tank rolling the following season, and by this time in 2015, we're in pretty good shape. Yes, Bogut will be old, but in theory, we wouldn't need to depend on him as much - he can be a defensive role player/garbage man by then.
