Jennings to Toronto for 2012 first Top 5 protected/Davis or Bayless.

so you would risk giving Jennings a way for a non lottery 2013 pick?

Toronto won't do an unprotected and I have no desire for a 2013 mid first round pick.

You don't have to trade Jennings if you land Curry. It depends on the return.

There is a problem with that trade. Raptors are in the fourth lotto seed now. Odds are they don't fall out of the top five. I would really want that pick to be in 2012.

I think the Raptors finish outside the Top 5 if they got Jennings.

They will.....two small PG's who can't defend won't happen....we all know Jennings is mentally fragile.

It would be fun to watch Jennings and Curry in the backcourt together but the concern becomes being able to guard larger guards come playoff time. I would love to give it a run for the rest of the season and see how it goes though.

Make it top 3 protected rather than top 5 protected.

Shades of a 1/2 season Cassell/Payton backcourt.

i loved jennigns quotes pre game by his locker. he was saying how his mind was all over the place after hearing his name in trade rumors and what not. i would love a reporter to say well see how does it feel after you did it to management. goes both ways bud

and dont get me wrong i would love jennings on this team during a rebuild cuz hes really young still and he has talent. i think he just needs players that can run the floor with him. but if we can get a top 10 pick for hiim i wouldnt hate him leaving either

The problem is that both those guys were physically strong, loved to mix it up inside and each a solid 6-3. Curry and Jennings are both frail guys who prefer to shoot from the outside.

How hard is it to make the playoffs in the east? Adding a few new pieces and they have Hammond's coveted 8th spot easily next year.

It's an extremely safe bet to presume the Bucks would prefer Kwame's expiring over Biedrins. Perhaps the sweetner to the deal isn't Thompson but Brandon Rush. So ...

Bogut/Delfino for Curry/Rush/Kwame

Bucks won't trade Jennings for less than a lottery pick. As they shouldn't. But unless they were pretty confident it was going to be a higher lottery pick, I doubt they do it.

If the Bucks move Bogut they want Jackson to go with him.....moving Bogut now is not a necessity....I hope Hammond is smart enough to realize he hold all the cards and no deal needs to be made now.

It isn't. But I don't see the offers being better in June. You just have to find that one team that will in your mind "overpay". And if that team presents itself now, you have to take the offer and go.
