Wait, Woj is saying that the only reason the trade isnt going through is because we wont take on Jackson's contract? Huh? Pretty sure they would since its Dwights buddy. Therefore i take this article to the bathroom to wipe my ass with.

I think it was more along the lines that we aren't going to take on Jax contract unless Dwight won't opt out.. which I don't blame them. Last thing we need is bad contracts on a Dwightless team..

True, but im still gonna wipe my ass with it...... :o

It is funny how they make it out to be a done deal, that only Alex Martins is naive enough to think there is hope. Not buying it.

Its obvious Dwight wants to go to the nets and will wait until the off season so they don't have to gut the team. He's not only screwing Orlando over by leaving, but also not allowing Orlando to get any compensation. Get rid of this guy.

with this revelation not so sure the Lakers would even risk offering Bynum. Not that you guys sound enamored with him to begin with. A Chris Humphries brooks draft pic (possibly lottery) is what the now leveraged jersey could offer. Woj is the best. Exposed the lie , leading on going on.

we're never going to win a championship!!

I think if you put McGee back then, he would get those blocks just as easily as Russell did. Russell's athleticism was well ahead of the players of his time, and that's about it.

The gulf between Martins and his basketball operations staff has become vast, full of mistrust and animosity. “Otis and Stan want the circus to end,” one source close to them said. “They want a deal.”

Wow that doesn't sound good...
At this point, if everything about Dwight that is being reported is true, why not just trade him to GS for Monta, Lee, Klay Thompson, and a pick? Especially if we can dump Hedo.

I am 35 years old - Thanks for asking. I have had Magic Season Tickets for 7 years. Where you at?

You want to bow down to him.... and every god damn trade scenario that comes up you are one of the first to shoot it down.

Face the fact Jack.. Howard has F-d this team up. He demanded Big Baby and look how that turned out... He has demanded a trade since day one of this season... The little prick had the balls to say that he would love to play for Miami (Our In State Arch Rival Team) - That's complete and utter BS.

You can see at the games that his teammates and coach want NOTHING to do with him. You can tell that everybody wants him gone because they are sick and tired of this crap.

We are the 5th best team in the NBA and Dwight is STILL throwing this franchise under the bus.

He is turning into a piece of **** and this is getting even worse than Lebron.

He is holding our franchise hostage while getting a kick out of it on the side. All of this is fun and games to Dwight and that is not someone I want on the team that I have a passion for since the first game ever played in 1989.

I am sick of this crap. If you cannot see that he is gone at the end of the season perhaps you should take your head out of his ass and see that we need to at least get something for him instead of NOTHING.

i expect more emotional maturity from 35 year olds.

i understand, we are all frustrated. trust me, have you been here longer, you would know other than a misguided few, no one is wiping anyone's ass.

my very initial point was about your outburst. every new poster comes in and states the obvious, which is fine. but i also have a right for not enjoying the said action.

"Aaron Gordon will cost Henny's job by Dec 2016." Predicted Dec 2014.

"O'Quinn will have a longer and more successful NBA career than Nicholson." Predicted Jun 2012. Verified on Dec 2014.

this nba free agency has turned into a circus. no way should 1 player have this much control over peoples jobs and franchises. where is the franchise tag?

Oh for **** sake.

He created this account 4 months ago and decided to make this his first post.

You're right. It took me 4 months to get the courage up to post and now I'm getting made fun of. I just wanted to fit in.

In all seriousness, I'm aware that trade would never happen. I was half joking, but in all honesty, you would rather have Bynum or Lopez if we were forced to trade Howard?

I would personally want Rondo and cap flexibility for Howard. Then we'd have an elite, young PG that can also attract free agents. Again, that's if we're forced to trade him. I'd rather hold on to him and try to make a deal for someone on draft night if we had to.

Welcome to the boards. You can't expect us to not to be critical on a ballboy that just proposed a Knicks trade. We can't assume you are being sarcastic.

But back to you point. We're not going to determine where Dwight is going to be traded b/c he pretty much has a no trade clause. No team except the Warriors are going to deal for Dwight unless Dwight assures that team he will extend with them. Like I said before, Dwight holds all the power.

the entire league knows this now. Expect lowball offers. Houston could make a decent offer of course not including Lowry

Houston would have to offer Lowry, they really have nothing else and they would probably not do that.

If it's true he's signing with NJ no matter what then it's open season. Let everyone know to start calling with your best Dwight trade offers/scenarios. And you take the best one no matter what the team is. He doesn't like it and doesn't wanna go there? F him. As long as the team doesn't mind renting him and you assure he can't torpedo the deal then game on. The Magic have to do what's best for them.

Trade Howard and Turk to ATL for JSmith and Horford at this point. Next year we would be...

Nelson
JRich/JJ
JSmith
Anderson
Horford

Return to Orlando Magic
