From my understanding the whole tampering charges started with the fact the Magic gave Howard's agent permission, not Howard himself and from my understanding they got in direct contact with Howard and probably have been in direct contact with Howard since December.

No much more severe, including loss of picks and being barred from acquiring Dwight.

They clearly tampered and this avenue should be pursued by the Magic aggressively. It is not too late.

Again, I think Bucher is making news up. He spewed the story about Dwight determining the fate of Stan and Otis. I don't buy this story that the Magic are "considering" filing tampering charges. That boat sailed a long time ago. It's just another cool story with his name on it.

I just would like to know what the Magic have done to deserve so much criticism and hate from the NBA particularly ESPN. We get shafted on trades, players leave our organization aka shaq. Like what has the Magic done for people to hate us so much? Not to mention all the crap we've received with this Dwight fiasco, and the amount of reporters that will make anything up concerning Dwight blocked the Monta trade or Dwight is only saying he will stay to conserve the Nets assets. I just don't understand the hate.

Pretty much last week it has been reported that Session will be a Laker, they just have not found the right trade pieces to make it work.
