All those sources sure are similar to posts here. Just saying.

Anyone can use these posts and say they are sources. i don't think a single thing on that ESPN article is true.

I will take Martins (we want to keep Howard) and Howards (I want to stay) words over any sources on the Internet or TMZ, I mean ESPN.

If you're trying to show people that a certain outcome is an absolute certainty, it doesn't work when you put an "if" in there.

the second part is sorrta sarcastic. if he was fed up with Fegan, he would have fired him already. point being, he isnt opting in.

I hope dwight is ready for the pressure of playing in NYC. If he thought the Orlando media was rough on him....hello New York! If they don't win a title in the first year they will be firing coaches, and blaming players.

Keeps the stretch 4 who can also create....Not a bad bench imo.

Anthony Carter was released by TOR (presumably to sign with a contender), who's not any worse than Duhon, for the vet's min. Get J-Rich & Duhon's contracts OUTTA HERE!

Or he could stay and end up firing him eventually... I'm not saying you're wrong. You could be spot on, but it's baseless, like many of the tweets, reports, and posts out there.

Can't really say where I got this from other than it's someone close to the situation, but there's a chance Dwight WILL actually opt-in. I don't want to sound like to much of a rumor monger so I'll leave it at that..

I thought about Carter last week. He would be a nice minimum addition if Duhon is moved.

In other words, Dwight, roll the dice.

I really hope that is what's happening.

But ultimately it's no different to jumping to conclusions based on the numerous anonymous "sources" running around. It's just confirmation bias. Source A says Dwight's leaving, and those who think he's going to leave accept it while those who think he will stay disregard it. Source B says he's staying and the opposite happens. If there's a photo where his body language might be interpreted as negative, those people who expect him to leave will automatically read into it, when it could mean absolutely nothing.

LOLLLLLLLLLLLL. Give me a break. This is in a specific context. This isn't a "random" photo. What was arguably the best win of the whole damn season is followed by Dwight not celebrating, not talking to anybody, with his shoulders lowered and head down. The CEO of the organization then gives him a comforting pat. If you can't read into that, and want to fabricate your own optimism under the guise of "confirmation bias", you do that....wow.

LOLLLLLLLLLL right back at you. I'm neither optimistic nor pessimistic. Maybe he leaves, maybe he doesn't, we'll find out tomorrow.

Context for you is what you read into it above. You don't know anything, just like the rest of us. You assume. You're accusing me of fabricating optimism when you've fabricated an entire scenario based on a few seconds of footage. Context for me is that I have no idea what's going on there. It may be that Dwight looked dejected based on an imminent departure. It may be something entirely different. I haven't acquired the power of mind reading as you apparently have.

Don't bother. People here have decided that they know the outcome. This will just get blasted or ignored.

Can't see him doing that. Loses too much money.
