Bickerstaff: who's up for kickball?!!
Ed Wood: Only if it's the no-pants variety.

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.

I'm not surprised some like it. It gets rid of a headache, but to me it's akin to throwing out the baby with the bath water. This is a talent driven league. You wanna be GMs can talk about all the super smart veterans we can acquire or raising the collective IQ and that's fine. But without talent, we still aren't winning. And McGee for all of the shortcomings, is still arguably one of the most talented players in the league, and even though he hasn't come close to reaching that potential, he's still very productive. Of course, he'll never be a rocket scientist but he doesn't need to be.
Again, I'd love to see how McGee would adapt in a veteran locker room where he's continually challenged and held accountable by his peers. I don't think McGee's a bad person or lazy. Two issues that can't be fixed. He just lacks maturity and he's probably been coddled a little too much by mama.
Dealing him certainly should be an option, but using him as a salary dump or pawning him off for spare parts only serves to make our cupboard even more barren than it is now.

GSW saves money
We move a couple of dumbasses and an expirer for two guys who help out at positions of need.
May need picks involved to become more fair to both teams?
