We are 3-5 so far this month, that just won't cut it. We are now looking up at the Lakers in our division. We have lost the last two home games to start our home stand. Obviously things haven't been good for the Clippers lately. Even though the team hasn't played its best we have still been in games. My feeling about the majority of these losses (put simply) is that we aren't executing at the end of games. It gets really frustrating because the Clippers haven't put full games together and only play well for certain periods of the game. If we want to win tonight we'll need contribution from guys other than Blake Griffin and Chris Paul. I'm hoping that Mo has a good game and Caron Butler can hit some shots.
In all honestly I haven't payed much attention to the Hawks this season. I know that some guys aren't happy on that team and they have a lot of injuries. Josh Smith is putting up career numbers and still isn't happy. What works in our favor is the Hawks played the Nuggets last night and it went to OT. I'm sure the team isn't happy about a 1 point loss. My hope is the Clippers will look like the sharper team and play with energy. We all know the team can play well, they just have to do it. Let's Go Clips!
(I know this won't happen but I wish the team would do something different on offense, please just don't stand around)
