They are mad because Dwight is going against what ESPN wants Dwight to do (leave Orlando to Brooklyn)... they are mad because has Dwight finally came to his senses... realized he loves Orlando and the fans here... and he realized people didn't have his best interest (Dan Fegan possibly)... and owned up too his douchiness, indecisiveness, and questionable behavior which hurt a lot of people (Magic FO, fans, etc) when dealing with the trade request issue... dude was under a lot of stress... he wants to opt-in

Said it on the other thread, but Dwight is doing the one and only thing he could possibly do to keep the entire fanbase behind him at this point. Not only coming for the last year, but actually apologizing for all the crap the team/fans have gone through. The only remaining concern is if he starts getting wishy washy again, but at this point things are looking up.

Don't really care about Fegan if Dwight signs, although firing him would put him in the scapegoat role entirely. And we don't know exactly what voices are whispering in Dwight's ear here.

Who knows, maybe it was the ESPN guys?

I expect (don't care as much) about that, but Ric and Stephen A. make complete fools of themselves was low even on ESPN standards.
