Tinsley finishes the game as a reward for playing good but our young guys don't the whole season??????

Someone please explain this to me.

And while you're at it, please explain to me why we shouldn't be looking for a new head coach.

I don't understand it either. it's infuriating. Ty is a pussy. If guys are closer to his age, he is less inclined to step on their toes.

If Bell and Howard are not BOTH gone by this time tomorrow, I may not watch any more of this garbage until 2013.

Yeah, but that never stops him from benching Earl, Burks, Kanter, Favors, Hayward, Evans........etc.......Down the stretch.

Nothing like Big Al ball to close out a solid loss.

There was a play at about the 5:00 minute mark of the 4th quarter that defines Al Jefferson for me. He gets the ball on the low block, waits for the double-team, make a pump-fake, then he's triple-teamed... Gordon Hayward AND Jamaal Tinsley and WIDE OPEN at the three point line. Hayward is begging for the ball. Instead Al forces up a shot and misses.

So frustrating to watch. I can imagine it's even more frustrating to play with him.

i think it's easier with harris because he's been doing it all year. what's most infuriating is that al is in there for offense but favors outplayed him on both ends tonight.

+1 What makes me frustrated about Big Al is that I want him to do well bc he is a good guy. He is just not a smart basketball player that especially cannot play alongside Millsap's lack of size.
Top 4 seed in the West!!! Guaranteed!!!

Jefferson definitely did not have a good defensive game, last night......

But, neither did Millsap, look at Frye's statline, and yet nobody seems to be mentioning that part......

Millsap has been bad/mediocre for the last 2 months so it just doesn't surprise me anymore.

And yet Jefferson's poor defense does? He has been bad pretty much his entire career, if you listen to some people......

Hey, I haven't jumped on Jefferson like everyone else so don't look at me.

Both Al and Millsap are terrible defensively and the reason that the Jazz are bottom 5 in defense, I don't think people want to keep talking about how little Al and Millsap protect the rim.

Yeah, I was pretty disappointed in how little resistance Jefferson gave Shannon Brown on a drive that game. Jefferson had all day to challenge his shot and still didn't elevate.

He just lets guards jump over him for the most part. I don't know why he can't get higher than a guy half a foot shorter than he is.
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

everyone is aware of our starting frontcourt's defensive shortcomings. my frustration stems from ty corbin seemingly not realizing it and not adjusting accordingly.
